To control iron(Fe) contents, we handle RM through multiple conveyors with magnetic drums, which prevents the charging of Fe contents.
We use melting furnaces with a rotar pump system which uses graphite rotor, controlling the Fe contents during melting with the help of which rotar mixing and melting of aluminium is done, unlike the ones that use iron-based tools which in turn increase the Fe content.
We focus on quality over volume, as a result, AAA produces 70% tailor-made alloys and only 30% ADC-12 only, justifying our expertise in low Fe alloys.
We have been achieving 100% quality and delivery of AC4CH Grade with 0% rejection for the last 3 years.
We use special high-grade Aluminium Ingots/Troma and silicon with very low Fe contents.
